This apartment is conveniently located on historical district of Kyiv - Podil, the place where the city originated from. Just two steps from Metro station "Kontraktova Ploshcha", also proximity to such tourist attractions like Dniper embankment and Andriivsky Uzviz must be mentioned.It's very easy to reach any other place in Kyiv from this location with regular public transport.
Hovever, walking to Kreshchatyk takes no more than 15 minutes.
If you are travelling by car - this is the best place to stay in Kyiv and avoid usual traffic jams in the center. Need to mention that Kyiv suffers a severe transport collapse especially in the center.

Apartment is located on the 4th floor of historical building without elevator, and this fact is the only one inconvenience here.Professional designer planned and spent a lots of efforts making refurbishment on this place and indeed succeeded to beneficial use of each square meter of this property with comparably small total space - 26 sq.meters. Wooden floors, tall ceilings and big windows let in as much sun and day light as possible, this creates really bright atmosphere, the feeling of home comfort and tranquility .
Tiny but modern and elegant bathroom with shower cabinet and washing machine installed, flat's kitchen corner allows substantial cooking and serving meals. We installed a king-size double-bed, and there is enough place for additional bed as well. But this apartment was originally intended for two people's accommodation.
In general, inspite of comparably small space and non-Kreshchatyk location (which is usually demanded by almost all our clients) this apartment can pleasurably surprise you with nice and stylish renovation, homely comfort and good location.
To be mentioned, this place is rich by fashionable hotels like "Domus" or "Podol Plaza", architecture monuments like Tsar bulding and neighboring orthodox churches.
