ABOUT ACCOMMODATION

This mini-hotel is located in new 3-storey annex to the historical building on 16\3 Mala Zhytomyrska street with own secure entrance and quiet courtyard.

All rooms are comparably small (mostly 18 sq.meters but there are bigger studios up to 35 sq.meters as well) however new with stylish furniture and all necessary amenities one can meet in regular apartment for rent. Each room has one doublebed 160x200 sm, full kitchen with fridge, kitchenware for cooking and dishes., washing machine, wardrobe, dining table, TV, air conditioner and WiFi.very room comes with own bathroom with shower cabin, towels, beddings.

All rooms in this mini hotel are very similar , without significant difference. Apartments in mini hitel are a bit bigger - up to 35 sq meters and has transformed sofas in addition and are more spacious.

Also we strive to supply all rooms and apartments with necessary things like umbrellas, maps, slippers, bath soap etc.
