ABOUT APARTMENT

Apartment is located on the first floor of historical brick building with thick walls and tall ceilings. Small courtyard is guarded due to its close location of Slovakia embassy and two popular restaurants nearby. Street-door has electronic lock for security purposes. Car parking is possible in front of the building right under apartment's windows.
The flat is totally refurbished and renovated for comfortable living. Big windows come with stylish tight curtains, floors are made of laminate or ceramic tiles on kitchen area and bathroom. Kitchen room is combined with the main lodgings to expand living space. Apartment has king-size double-bed and huge corner sofa, so there is enough sleeping places for 4 people. Tall bar table is installed on kitchen along with all necessary appliances for cooking and serving meals. This apartmet also comes with air conditioning, washing machine, independent water heater and big comfortable wardrobe with sliding closet.
Bathroom has a tub and a shower, you can see it on pictures above the text.
Also we provide this apartment with additional heater for winter time. However, central heating is powerful enough.
This apartment (as well as all other apartments we offer for accommodation in Kiev) is supplied with cable TV on many languages and Wi-Fi router, internet access is free of charge and unlimited.
